Trench Box (also referred to as a trench shield or excavation shoring box) is a steel protective structure used to prevent trench wall collapse during underground construction. It consists of two parallel side walls connected by adjustable spreader bars or internal struts, forming a rigid, self-supporting shield that workers operate inside.

Manufactured from high-grade Q355 steel or aluminum alloy , our trench boxes are welded and reinforced with internal stiffeners to withstand high lateral earth pressures. The open-top and open-end design allows for continuous pipe laying, backfilling, and equipment movement without relocating the box. Surface options include hot-dip galvanizing, epoxy coating, or industrial-grade anti-corrosion paint, ensuring long-term durability in wet, chemical, or abrasive soil conditions.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging:

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:

1	Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2	Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3	Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
