1. As a standardized system, it is flexible to assemble, while wood batten can be filled to satisfy the need of non-standard size.
2. The frame is highly strengthened, and the wall formwork can bear lateral pressure as much as 60 KN/m2 while the column formwork can bear 80KN/m2.
3. The adjustable steel clamp is convenient and can hold tightly.
4.There is a prizing part designed in the corner. It is helpful to position and remove formwork easily.
5.The plywood is screwed on from the back when connecting the frame and plywood, so the surface of the finished concrete is perfect.
Packing
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
