Application

1. Wall Formwork
 

Steel walings, H20 timber beams, and additional connecting

components make up H20 timber beam wall formwork. Formwork

panels with varying widths and heights can be built using these

components, contingent upon the H20 beam length up to 6.0

meters. The necessary steel walings are made in accordance with

project-specific tailored lengths. The steel waling and waling

connectors' longitudinally formed holes produce consistently varying

tight connections (tension and compression). Four wedge pins and a

waling connector ensure that every waling joint is securely fastened

together. Panel struts, also known as push-pull props, are installed on

the steel waling to facilitate the assembly of formwork panels. The

height of the formwork panels is taken into consideration when

choosing the panel strut length. Working and concreting platforms are

fixed to the wall formwork using the top console bracket. This includes

the steel pipes, pipe couplers, planks, and top console bracket.

2. Adjustable Column Formwork

The adjustable column formwork enables concrete casting of square or

rectangular columns within a specific range by adjusting the size of the

formwork section area.The adjustment is realized by changing the

relative position of the walers.

There are three specifications for the walers of adjustable column

fomwork,which can do concrete casting of square or

rectangular columns with side length of 200-1400mm.Sizes of column

to be casted as follows:

3. Adjustable Arced Formwork

Plywood s utilized for the panel of adjustable arced formwork,as it has a

certain toughness and can be deformed without being damaged after

applying an appropriate external force.By taking its such features and

geometric principles,the adjustment system is used to bend the panel

into the designed arcs.The adjacent adjustable arced formwork unit

can be seamlessly connected byadjustable frame clamps.

This formwork system is suitable for any arced piers with radius longer

than 2 meters.

4. Table Formwork

Table formwork is a kind of formwork that used for floor pouring , used

widely in high-rise building , multi-level factory building , underground

structure etc. During the construction, after the pouring completion,

table formwork sets can be lifted by lifting fork for an upper level and

reused, without need to dismantle. Compared with the traditional

formwork, it is featured by its simple structure, easy disassembly, and

being reusable. It has eliminated the traditional way of slab support

system, which consists of cuplocks, steel pipes and timber planks. The

construction speeds up obviously, and man power has been saved

greatly.
 

5. Flex Table Formwork 
 

The Flex - table formwork system is amazing for pouring concrete on

floors with tricky layouts or in small spaces. It's held up by steel props

or tripods with different heads, and there are H20 wooden beams on

top as the main and secondary beams, covered with panels. It can

work in spaces up to 5.90m high. In the villa project, it can handle all

those special spaces, making sure the concrete pouring goes well.

 

Packaging & Shipping

 

 

 

Packing	1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
	2. Different packages are used for different products: ---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. ---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. ---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. ---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery	1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
	2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
	3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
