In particular, the plastic formworks offered by LIANGGONG are suitable for concrete columns, pillars, walls, and foundations directly onsite. Their modularity allows them to satisfy every construction and planning needs; columns and pillars of different shapes and dimensions, walls and foundations of different thicknesses and heights.

 

Characteristic
1. Easy set up
Different sizes of panels can be firmly locked by simply turning the special handles to 90 degrees. The panels have a rib on the back, which makes the system need not traditional wood blocks and nails. The panels have holes to fit the tie rod, guaranteeing the strength of the whole system.

2. Modularity
Modular formwork is composed of different sizes of panels, the main item is a 120x60 panel, and the size is 120x60cm, which is used for the large area of walls and slabs. There are also small size of panels like 10x60 panel (10x60cm), 20x60 panel (20x60cm), 25x60 panel (25x60cm), inner corner (20x20x60cm) and outer corner (10x5x60cm). Due to the variety of panel sizes, the system can form almost all-size walls of multiple by 5cm.

3. Strength
The material of modular formwork is PC-ABS mixed with special glass fibers which enable panels to hold high pressure, the handles are made by high strength Nilon, and each panel is locked by at least 4 handles, which makes the whole system strong enough to pour 40cm walls.

4. Environment friendly
The system need not cut and nail due to the various size, and nearly need no wood, the material can be recycled after broken, and will not pollute the environment.

5. Consequent
Concrete does not stick to plastic, thus the panels need no oil before using, and can be cleaned simply with water. the surface of the wall which is built by modular formwork is smooth and can be left without rework.

Characteristics

1. Long lifespan& Cost-effective -- Plastic formwork can be reused over 100 times, while plywood can only be reused 3 to 5 times. Therefore the plastic formwork is more cost-effective.

2. Waterproof --  As the nature of plastic material. It's imputrescible and rustless, especially suitable for the underground and watery circumstances.

3. Interlocking Design -- No release agent needed, good effect of demolding.

4. Easy disassembly -- The template will be separated easily from concrete.

5. Simple Installation -- Lightweight and safe to handle, easy to clean, and very robust.

6. High Quality -- Abrasion resistance, excellent mechanical property, best impermeability. 

7. Recyclable -- Waste scrap molding board could be recycled.

Packing & Delivery
Packing: 
1. Generally, the total net weight of the loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which needs to be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available at the customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in the container. 
Delivery: 
1. Production: For a full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receiving the customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
