H20 Timber Beam Formwork
H20 timber beam formwork system consists of plywood, H20 timber beam, steel waling,flange clamp and lifting
hook. The plywood and the timber beam are connected by the self-tapping screw. Steel waler and timber beam
are connected with flange clamp, two hooks are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the timber beam. The
timber beam is assembled on site by standardized accessories, which is convenient for disassembly and
assembly.
It is light in weight and convenient for construction and transportation.The formwork panel is plywood, and the
surface is smooth, being good for water absorption and air transmission. Without being tainted, the concrete
surface has good appearance, in high quality and turnover rates. Thus, it has been widely used in walls,
columns, piers and dams.

Timber beam wall formwork is a large-panel reusable formwork system designed for casting concrete walls. It mainly consists of H20 timber beams, steel walers and plywood sheeting. The system is strong, flexible, and widely used in high-rise buildings, basements, retaining walls, bridge piers, and infrastructure projects.
Timber beam volumn formwork is a modular formwork system specially used for casting square or rectangular concrete columns. It shares the same structure and similar connection methods as wall formwork.
Adjustable column formwork
The adjustable column formwork enables concrete casting of square or rectangular columns within a specific range by adjusting the size of the formwork section area. The adjustment is realized by changing the relative position of the walers.
1. Standard specifications
There are three specifications for the walers of adjustable column formwork, which can do concrete casting of square or rectangular columns with side length of 200–1400mm. Sizes of column to be casted as follows:

1. The total net weight of a loaded container is usually 22–25 tons, which should be confirmed prior to loading.
2. Different packing methods are applied for different products:
Bundles: Timber beams, steel props, tie rods, etc.
Pallets: Small parts packed in bags and then placed on pallets.
Wooden cases: Available upon customer request.
Bulk: Irregular goods loaded directly into the container.
Delivery
1. Production: For full container orders, the typical production lead time is 20–30 days after receiving the customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: The delivery time depends on the destination port.
3. Special requirements: To be arranged and confirmed through negotiation.
