Shaft Beam Platform

The shaft platform is primarily for casting concrete in high-rise shafts like elevators, stairwells, and equipment shafts. Its design, featuring wall-through tie rods, ensures quick, simple, and cost-effective operations.

This platform comprises a board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.

The diagram shows L as the length of the timber beam, with W being adjustable. Shaft beams vary from 1.45m to 5.8m, adapting to different shaft widths as needed.

Shaft Beam Platform Lifting
Hoist the platform and formwork separately. First lift the formwork, then the platform. Once positioned, securely fix the shaft beam claw to the tensile bolt.

Used with Climbing Formwork
Integrate the Shaft Beam Platform with other formwork systems during construction. Below is a diagram of its collaboration with the cantilever formwork CB-240.
