H20 Timber Beam Formwork

The H20 timber beam formwork system includes plywood, H20 timber beams, steel walers, flange clamps, and lifting
hooks. Plywood and timber beams are secured with self-tapping screws. Steel walers and timber beams
are connected using flange clamps, with two hooks symmetrically placed on both sides of the timber beam. The
timber beam is assembled onsite with standardized accessories, ensuring easy disassembly and
assembly.
Lightweight and easy to handle, this formwork is ideal for construction and transportation. The panel is plywood,
featuring a smooth surface for excellent water absorption and air transmission. The concrete
surface remains untainted, with a high-quality appearance and turnover rate. Perfect for walls,
columns, piers, and dams.

Timber beam wall formwork is a large-panel reusable system for casting concrete walls, primarily made of H20 timber beams, steel walers, and plywood. It is robust, versatile, and widely used in high-rise structures, basements, retaining walls, bridge piers, and infrastructure.

Timber beam column formwork is a modular system for casting square or rectangular concrete columns. It uses a structure and connection similar to wall formwork.

Adjustable column formwork

Adjustable column formwork allows casting of square or rectangular columns by altering section size. Adjustments are made by repositioning the walers.

1. Standard specifications

This system includes three standard waler specifications, allowing casting of columns with side lengths of 200–1400mm. Column size options include:

Pallets: Small parts in bags are palletized.

Wooden cases: Available on request.

Bulk: Irregular items are directly loaded into containers.

Delivery

1. Production: Lead time for full container orders is 20–30 days after the customer's down payment.

2. Transportation: Delivery time is determined by the destination port.
