Shaft Beam Platform

The shaft platform excels in concrete casting for high-rise building shafts, including elevators, equipment shafts, and stairwells. Its design ensures concrete's lateral pressure is managed by the wall-through tie rod. The shaft beam platform is simple, fast, and cost-efficient.

Introduction to the system:
The shaft beam platform consists of a platform board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.

In the drawing, L is the timber beam length, and W is adjustable. Shaft beams come in various specifications, from 1.45m to 5.8m, suitable for different shaft widths as required.

Shaft beam platform lifting
Hoist the platform and formwork separately. First, lift the formwork, then the platform. Ensure the claw of the shaft beam is securely fixed on the tensile bolt once positioned.

Used together with the climbing formwork
The shaft beam platform should integrate with other formwork systems during construction. Below is a diagram showing its integration with cantilever formwork CB-240.
