Shaft Beam Platform

Our shaft platform is crafted for concrete casting in high-rise building shafts, including elevators, equipment shafts, and stairwells. It ensures concrete's lateral pressure is managed by the wall-through tie rod, offering simplicity, speed, and cost-efficiency.

The shaft beam platform includes a platform board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.

In the drawing, L is the length of the timber beam, while W is adjustable. Shaft beams vary from 1.45m to 5.8m for different shaft widths as needed.

Shaft beam platform lifting
Hoist the platform and formwork separately. Begin with the formwork, then the platform. Ensure the shaft beam's claw is securely fixed on the tensile bolt once positioned.

Used together with the climbing formwork
The shaft beam platform should integrate with other formwork systems. Below is a diagram of its integration with cantilever formwork CB-240.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing
1. Typically, the loaded container's total net weight ranges from 22 to 25 tons, confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for various products:
---Bundles: Timber beams, steel props, tie rods, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts are bagged and placed on pallets.
---Wooden cases: Available upon customer request.
---Bulk: Irregular goods are loaded in bulk into containers.

Delivery
1. Production: We need 20-30 days post-receipt of the customer's down payment for a full container.
