Wooden Formwork
Wooden formwork( timber shuttering ) consists of plywood, H20 timber beam, steel waler and lifting hook. The plywood and the timber beam are connected by the self-tapping screw. Steel waler and timber beam are connected with flange clamp. Two hooks are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the timber beam. The timber beam is assembled on site by standardized accessories, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly. It is light in weight and convenient for construction and transportation. The formwork panel is plywood, and the board surface is smooth, being good for water absorption and air transmission. Without being tainted, the concrete surface has good appearance, in high quality and turnover rates. Thus, it has been widely used in walls, columns, piers and dams.
Adjustable Arced Formwork
Plywood is utilized for the panel of adjustable arced formwork, as it has a certain toughness and can be deformed without being damaged after applying an appropriate external force. By taking its such featu 0res and geometric principles, the adjustment system is used to bend the panel into the designed arcs. The adjacent adjustable arced formwork unit can be seamlessly connected by adjustable frame clamps. This formwork system is suitable for any arced piers with radius longer than 2 meters.

For payment terms, orders under $1,000 require 100% advance payment via T/T; orders over $1,000 adopt a 50% T/T deposit and 50% balance payment before shipment.
