The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Lay walers on the platform as per the drawing. Mark the positioning line on the walers and draw diagonal lines. Ensure diagonals of the rectangle formed by any two walers are equal.

Timber beam assembling

Lay a timber beam at both waler ends as per the drawing. Mark the positioning line and draw diagonal lines. Ensure diagonals of the rectangle formed by two beams are equal. Fix with flange clamps. Connect ends of beams with a benchmark line. Lay other beams following the benchmark line, keeping them parallel to side beams. Secure each beam with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install lifting hooks as per the drawing. Use clamps on both sides of the beam at the hook location, ensuring they are secure.

Laying panel

Cut panel per the drawing and attach to the timber beam using self-tapping screws.
