Adjustable arced formwork

Plywood is utilized for the panel of adjustable arced formwork,as it has a certain toughness and can be deformed without being damaged after applying an appropriate external force.By taking its such features and geometric principles,the adjustment system is used to bend the panel into the designed arcs.The adjacent adjustable arced formwork unit can be seamlessly connected by adjustable frame clamps.
This formwork system is suitable for any arced piers with radius longer than 2 meters.

 

 

The plywood of adjustable arced formwork is 18mm thick and tough. It can resist certain pressure and can be adjusted to designed arc. The following is the sketch of one standard unit.

 

Adjacent units can be connected without gap by adjustable steel clamp.

5.Overall adjustment: The formwork is bent by the adjusting system until the bending radiu of the formwork reaches the expected design value.

Packing & Delivery

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 
Delivery: 
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
