Aluminium Frame Formwork system consists of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy frame and 15 mm thickness plywood. The formwork system is mainly composed of panels, alignment couplers, tie rods, articulated corners, push-pull props, platform brackets, plate nuts and other components.

 

Product Application

Shear Walls: 
Shear walls are designed to counteract lateral loads, such as those from wind or earthquakes, that act on structures. The heaviest aluminium panel measures 300 cm × 100 cm and weighs 70.9 kg, which two workers can carry without the need for a crane. The LG-AF panel is a hand-held system formwork that allows for a pour height of up to 3 m in a single lift. This innovation simplifies the process of forming shear walls. With its range of sizes and ease of use, the LG-AF panel adds flexibility to site operations.

Elevator Shafts and Stairwells:
The precise dimensions of concrete achieved with LG-AF panels are important to make the latter installation of the elevator faster and smoother. The low weight of the panels allow for safe operations, avoiding the risky handling of heavy elements by crane within confined space. The LG-AF panel system is ideal for constructing stairwelis and elevator shafts.The lightweight design of the panels allows carpenters to easily install and dismantle the formwork, giving them the option to quickly repeat the same process throughout various floors of the building. The range of panels and accessories included in the system make it easy to
form cornersand wall intersections.

Foundations: 
Aluminium Frame Formwork (LG-AF-120) is the perfect formwork for strip footing, tie beams, pile caps and plinths. During the initial phases of a construction site, no crane is available. A hand-held system formwork is ideal to do the job quickly and safely without compromises on the quality and precision of the concrete. LG-AF-120 panel is the best choice for foundation engineering. Whether it's for strip footings, pile caps, or plinths, the panels will be up to the job. A whole series of accessories provides multiple ways to support and prop the panels. Easy interface with timbers also provides maximum flexibility on site.

Basements: 
A lightweight formwork provides evident advantages when pouring concrete for basements. Being able to work without a crane is an advantage in every early stage of a project, LG-AF-120 is indeed a good option for basement engineering.
Basement engineering often has no access to the crane, and must work with a truck crane, or by hand. LG-AF-120 panels can be easily handled in the narrow space allowed by the excavation, so that site safety is greatly improved.

 

Packaging & Shipping

Packing	1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
	2. Different packages are used for different products: ---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. ---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. ---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. ---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery	1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
	2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
	3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
