The Lianggong H20 Timber Beam Formwork System offers reliable solutions for wall and slab concrete construction. It uses timber beams, steel walers, and plywood panels for a strong, reusable structure ensuring smooth finishes and accurate shaping. The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Position walers on the platform as per the drawing. Mark positions and draw diagonals, ensuring the rectangle formed by any two walers has equal diagonals.

Timber beam assembling

Lay a beam at each waler end per drawing dimensions. Mark and draw diagonals, ensuring equality. Fix with flange clamps. Connect beam ends with a thin line as a benchmark. Lay other beams parallel, fixing each with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install lifting hooks per drawing. Use clamps on both sides of the beam at the hook, ensuring they're fastened.

Laying panel

Cut and connect the panel to the beam using self-tapping screws as per drawing.
