Lianggong H20 Timber Beam Formwork System is ideal for wall/slab construction. It merges timber beams, steel walers, and plywood panels, ensuring smooth finishes and precision. Easy to assemble and versatile, it suits residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Its durability, flexibility, and load efficiency support fast, cost-effective builds.

The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Lay walers on the platform as per the drawing. Mark positioning lines and draw diagonals. Ensure diagonals of the rectangle formed by any two walers are equal.

Timber beam assembling

Position a timber beam at each waler end per the drawing. Mark and draw diagonals, ensuring rectangle diagonals are equal. Secure with flange clamps. Align beams with a benchmark line, keeping them parallel. Secure each beam with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install lifting hooks as per the drawing. Use clamps on both sides of the beam at the hook, ensuring they are fastened.

Laying panel

Cut the panel per the drawing; connect it to the timber beam with self-tapping screws.
