Shaft Beam Platform

The shaft platform is designed for concrete casting in high-rise building shafts, including elevators, equipment shafts, and stairwells. Its design ensures the concrete's lateral pressure is supported by the wall-through tie rod. The shaft beam platform offers simplicity, speed, and cost-effectiveness.

The shaft beam platform comprises a platform board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.

In the drawing, L represents the length of the timber beam, while W is adjustable. Shaft beams are available in several specifications, from 1.45m to 5.8m, to accommodate various shaft widths, chosen as needed.

Shaft beam platform lifting
The platform and formwork should be hoisted separately. First, lift the formwork, followed by the platform. Once in position, ensure the claw of the shaft beam is securely fixed on the tensile bolt.

Used together with the climbing formwork
The shaft beam platform should collaborate with other formwork systems during construction. Below is a diagram showing the integration of the shaft beam platform with cantilever formwork CB-240.

Packing
1. Typically, the loaded container's total net weight ranges from 22 tons to 25 tons, and confirmation is required before loading.
2. Different packages are employed for various products:

---Pallet: Small parts are bagged and placed on pallets.
---Wooden cases: Available upon customer request.
---Bulk: Irregular goods are loaded in bulk in containers.
