Aluminum Frame formwork

The aluminum frame panel system is one of the ideal formwork for vertical construction, suitable for small, medium to large construction projects.By using a variety of standard panel sizes, assembly and disassembly can be completed in a very short time, without compromising quality at the same time, you can save costs immediately, suitable for foundation.
 
The panels allow a concrete pressure of 60KN/m2, are made of high-strength aluminum extruded profiles, suitable for manual handling, and can be easily assembled using clamps without the need for alignment walers.
All aluminum frame panel are powder-coated to enhance their lifespan and are provided with steel material as an alternative.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 
Delivery: 
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
