In the drawing, L denotes the timber beam length, while W is adjustable. Shaft beams come in various specifications, from 1.45m to 5.8m, to fit different shaft widths as required.

Shaft beam platform lifting
Hoist the platform and formwork separately. Begin with the formwork, then the platform. Once positioned, ensure the shaft beam claw is securely anchored to the tensile bolt.

Used together with the climbing formwork
The shaft beam platform should integrate with other formwork systems during construction. The diagram below illustrates the integration of the shaft beam platform with cantilever formwork CB-240.
