Scaffolding Tower

The scaffolding tower using steel pipe support frame is a new type of  support system in modern construction. The product is quick to assemble and disassemble, with strong stability and high bearing capacity, and it is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, bridges, tunnels and dam projects. At present, our company produces three main types of towers.

First : φ48 square tower

The bearing capacity of square tower (take H=1.2m standard frame as an example)s

Second: triangular tower
The standard components of this type of tower are triangular and have three cross-section dimensions, 1.0*1.5m, 1.0*1.0m, 1.5*1.5m. The standard is φ48mm.

Third: φ60 rectangular tower
This type of tower has a variety of cross-section dimensions, with a minimum dimension of 1.0 x 1.5 m and a maximum dimension of 1.5*2.5m.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging Details
1. Typically, container net weights range from 22 to 25 tons, requiring confirmation pre-loading.
2. Tailored packaging for different items:
---Bundles: Suitable for timber beams, steel props, tie rods, etc.
---Pallet: Small components are bagged and palletized.
---Wooden cases: Available upon client's request.
---Bulk: Irregular items are loaded in bulk.

Delivery Process
1. Production: Full containers typically ready 20-30 days post down payment.
