Shaft Beam Platform

The shaft platform excels in concrete casting for high-rise building shafts, like elevators and stairwells. Its main strength lies in its simplicity, speed, and cost-effectiveness, mainly supported by wall-through tie rods.

This system includes a platform board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.
The structure drawing is as follows:

In the drawing, L indicates timber beam length and W is adjustable. Shaft beams, available in specifications from 1.45m to 5.8m, adapt to various shaft widths and can be chosen as needed.

Shaft beam platform lifting
Hoist the platform and formwork separately. First, lift the formwork, then the platform. Once positioned, securely fix the shaft beam claw on the tensile bolt.

Used together with the climbing formwork
During construction, integrate the shaft beam platform with other systems. Below is a diagram showing its collaboration with the cantilever formwork CB-240.
