Product Description

Plastic formwork is part of a method used to mass produce simple concrete structures. The formwork is put together to form a mold for concrete. Workers place the formwork in the position where a wall needs to be and then pour concrete directly into the form. After it hardens, the form is removed and the wall is fully formed without any additional work. By using a pre-made set of plastic formworks, workers can quickly mass-produce simple buildings.

Plastic formwork are moulds made using high-quality plastics. These are generally infused with toughened fibreglass in order to reinforce the load-bearing capacity of the material. They carry a load of poured concrete until it is dry and ready to stand by itself. ABS is used in plastic formworks due to its high mechanical strength compared to regular plastics. Moreover, it has a higher resistance to shock and is a stable plastic component.

We have two sizes of column formwork.
1.675*600*75 adjustable range is 200*200-600*600,at intervals of 100 mm,used for 200/400/500/600 square column
2.725*600*75 adjustable range is 150*150-650*650,at intervals of 100 mm,used for 150/250/350/450/550/650 square column.

Packing:
 

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.

2. Different packages are used for different products:

---Bundles:Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.

---Pallet:Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.

---Wooden cases:It is available on customer's request.

---Bulk:Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.

Delivery:
 

1.Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.

2.Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.

3.Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
