In the drawing, L denotes timber beam length, and W is adjustable. Shaft beams vary from 1.45m to 5.8m to fit different shaft widths, chosen as needed.

Shaft beam platform lifting
Hoist formwork then platform separately. Once positioned, secure the shaft beam claw tightly on the tensile bolt.
