Concrete Plastic Slab Formwork

The thin-walled square box is a kind. The built-in mandrel can effectively restrain the deformation and deflection of cast-in-place concrete and has the advantages of lightweight and high strength. The thin-walled square box is a square or rectangular thin-walled hollow small-sized fully enclosed non-through-hole box. The maximum area size is less than 600mm*600mm. It is convenient for the cast-in-place concrete to flow into the bottom of the square box evenly, forming a hollow floor cover.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing: 
1. Generally, the total net weight of the loaded container is 22 tons to 26 tons, which needs to be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available at the customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in the container. 
Delivery: 
1. Production: For a full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receiving the customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
