Aluminum Frame Formwork

 

 

The aluminum frame panel system is one of the ideal formwork for vertical construction, suitable for small, medium to large construction projects.By using a variety of standard panel sizes, assembly and disassembly can be completed in a very short time, without
compromising quality at the same time, you can save costs immediately, suitable for foundation.
 

The panels allow a concrete pressure of 60KN/m², are made of high-strength aluminum extruded profiles, suitable for manual handling, and can be easily assembled using clamps without the need for alignment walers.

All aluminum frame panel are powder-coated to enhance their lifespan and are provided with steel material as an alternative.

Packaging & Shipping

 

Packing
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 
 

Delivery
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.

Application for Shearwalls

 

Shear walls are designed to counteract lateral loads from wind or earthquakes. Our heaviest aluminium panel (300 cm × 100 cm, 70.9 kg) can be carried by two workers without a crane.
The LG-AF panel is a handheld formwork system allowing a single-lift pour height of up to 3 m, simplifying shear wall construction. Its diverse sizes and user-friendly design enhance site operation flexibility.

 

Application for Elevator Shafts and Stairwells
 

LG-AF panels ensure precise concrete dimensions, facilitating faster and smoother elevator installation. Their low weight enables safe operations, avoiding risky heavy-element handling by cranes in confined spaces. Ideal for constructing stairwells and elevator shafts, the lightweight design allows carpenters to easily install/dismantle formwork, repeating the process across building floors. The system's panels and accessories also simplify forming corners and wall intersections.

Application for Foundations and Basements
 

• FOUNDATIONS: The Aluminium Frame Formwork (LG-AF-120) is perfect for strip footings, tie beams, pile caps, and plinths. As no crane is available initially on construction sites, this handheld formwork ensures quick, safe work without compromising concrete quality. A full set of accessories offers multiple support methods, while easy timber interfacing maximizes on-site flexibility.
• BASEMENTS: Lightweight formwork provides clear advantages for basement concrete pouring. Working without a crane is crucial in early project stages, making LG-AF-120 an excellent choice. Basement engineering often lacks crane access, requiring truck cranes or manual work. LG-AF-120 panels are easily handled in narrow excavation spaces, significantly improving site safety.

Application for Rectangular Piers and Columns

• Rectangular Piers and Columns:
  • Supplementary scaffold brackets create safe working platforms.
  • LG-AF formwork components are easily positioned without cranes. Lightweight yet sturdy (no element over 70.9 kg), the system is ideal for rectangular piers and columns.
  • LG-AF panels offer flexibility and quality. Adjustable column formwork can be moved by hand or crane, suiting pier and column constructions.
  • Column sizes adjust in 50 mm increments, with panels combinable in numerous configurations.
