Brief Introduction

Plastic Formwork is a new material formwork system made from ABS and fiber glass. It can produce round columns with 1500 x 2400 950 x 2400 600 x 2400 150/600 x2400,etc. They are easy to assembly and light in weight.

Plastic formwork are suitable to realize concrete columns, pillars, walls, plinths, and foundations directly onsite. Interlocking and modular systems of re-usable plastic formwork are used to build widely variable, but relatively simple, concrete structures. The panels are lightweight and very robust. They are especially suited for similar structure projects and low-cost, mass housing schemes. Their modularity satisfies every construction and planning needs: columns and pillars of different shapes and dimensions, walls and foundations of different thickness and height.
Plastic formwork are very light formworks in comparison with the traditional wood panels. Moreover, the plastic material they are made of allows the concrete not to stick: every element can be easily cleaned just with a little water.

Characteristics
A. Easy Set Up: This model of formwork panels can be firmly locked by simply turn the special handles to 90 degree. The panels have rib on the back, which makes the system need not traditional wood blocks and nails. The panels have holes to fit tie rod, make sure the strength of the whole system.

B. Modularity: This model of formwork compsed by different size of panels, the main item is 120x60 panel, the size is 120x60cm, which used for the large area of walls and slabs. There are also small size of panels like 10x60cm,20x60cm,25x60cm etc. Due to the variety of panel size, the system can form almost all size walls 120x60 panel of multiple by 5cm. 

C. Environment Friendly: The material of modular formwork is PC-ABS mixed with special glass fibers which enable panels to hold high pressures.

D. Fair-Faced Concrete: The concrete will not stick to plastic , thus the panels need no any release agent before using. The face can be cleaned simply by water. The surface of the concrete after pouring will be very smooth and reach FAIR-FACED CONCRETE level.
