                                            Thin-walled square box
Thin-walled square box,PP square box, in the cast-in-place concrete floor, there is a regular embedded internal thin-walled square box mould, so that the reinforced concrete interior forms a reinforced concrete hollow floor with two-way grid cast-in-place ribs.
The thin-walled square box is a kind. The built-in mandrel can effectively restrain the deformation and deflection of cast-in-place concrete, and has the advantages of light weight and high strength.
The thin-walled square box is a square or rectangular thin-walled hollow small-sized fully enclosed non-through-hole box. The maximum area size is less than 600mm*600mm. It is convenient for the cast-in-place concrete to flow into the bottom of the square box evenly, forming a hollow floor cover.

Characteristic

1.Saving materials and resources
Hollow floor has light weight and high bearing capacity. The conversion thickness (the ratio of the conversion solid thickness to the height of the traditional beam slab floor section) is generally 25 ~ 30%, saving 15% ~ 25% steel and about 20% concrete.

2.No ceiling is required for floors
The bottom of the floor is flat without protruding beam structure. Pipelines and other facilities have been embedded in the floor during the floor construction, which will not cause the ceiling due to the influence of pipeline installation on the floor appearance. It can improve the floor clearance height and reduce the ceiling expenses.

3.Space can be separated flexibly

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products:

---Pallet:Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases:It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk:Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
