Lifting Fork
Lifting fork is used to lift table formworks up and down or from one floor to another.
Be it in empty condition or with a slab table, the lifting fork always hangs in a horizontal position on the crane. This makes safe unloading from the truck as well as no-risk moving of the slabs along the building structure possible.

Introduce to use
The Lifting Fork is specially used for lifting the Table Formwork unit. Please ensure that the pins are inserted to the designated positions when using.
It is important to note that the Bracket is only to be used to lift the table formwork unit and not other type of equipment. In order to ensure the stability of the Table formwork, insert two prongs in between the main beam. If this method is inconvenient, you may also insert the prongs directly to the main beam so that the formwork is in vertical position. However, it is best to avoid this scenario.
After completion of concrete pouring for the Table formwork, use the Bracket to lift it to the upper level.

▪ Easy transport
Foldable fork arms allow for compact loading dimensions and leave room for the formwork material. Due to the integrated lifting gear, the lifting fork can be used immediately.
▪ Adaptable
Optimal adaptation of the lifting fork to the slab tables in use. The fork arms have a horizontal and vertical telescope function.
▪ Always horizontal
No matter whether they are under full load or in empty condition, the fork arms always remain in horizontal position. It is not necessary to reposition the lifting gear and the slab tables can be moved horizontally.
Packing & Delivery
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles:Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet:Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases:It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk:Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1.Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2.Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3.Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
