AMP

Four-start threaded cast steel nut
The cast steel nut with four-start starting threads can easily adjust the height of the inner tube. One rotation can raise it by 38 degrees. The adjustment speed is twice as fast as that of a single thread, and the adjustment efficiency is 3 times that of an ordinary steel prop.
Automatic concrete removal function
The design of the inner tube and nut enables the pillar system to automatically remove concrete when it rotates. Even in the case of extremely severe adherence of dirt, the nut can still move freely.
Height measuring scale
The inner tube is marked with a height scale for quick pre-adjustment, reducing labor costs spent on measurement and adjustment.
Safety stop
The tube provides a safety stop to prevent the inner column from accidentally falling out during loosening.
Outer tube powder coating
Powder coating on the outer tube effectively prevents concrete adhesion.

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 

Shipping
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
