Lianggong Steel Frame Formwork LG-SF-65 is a high-strength modular concrete formwork system designed for walls, columns, foundations, basements, retaining walls, swimming pools, shafts, tunnels, and adjustable piers. The system consists of Q355 steel frames combined with 12 mm PP-faced plywood, offering excellent durability, smooth concrete finish, and long service life for repeated use on construction sites.

This formwork system is engineered for fast assembly, high load-bearing capacity, easy adjustment, and wide compatibility, making it ideal for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

1.Shear Walls

The LG-SF-65 steel frame formwork system is widely used for various shear wall structures in residential buildings, commercial complexes, industrial facilities, and high-rise projects. Shear walls must withstand lateral loads such as wind and earthquakes, and the LG-SF-65 system provides stable support and high structural rigidity to ensure excellent concrete forming quality.

Key advantages include high allowable concrete pressure of 60–80 kN/m², flexible modular combinations for different wall thicknesses, and compatibility with push-pull props, tie rod systems, and work platforms. It is ideal for basements, retaining walls, and deep foundation structures requiring high stability.

2.Columns

The LG-SF-65 steel frame formwork is suitable for constructing rectangular, square, and special-shaped columns. By combining standard panels with column couplers, contractors can achieve column dimensions ranging from 150 × 150 mm to 1050 × 1050 mm, adjustable in precise 50 mm increments.

Four 3000 × 1200 mm panels can form multiple column sizes, while column couplers ensure strong corner connections. Panels can be used vertically or horizontally, delivering smooth concrete surfaces for high-quality architectural finishes.

 

3.Swimming Pools

Swimming pool structures require high-quality concrete surfaces, and the PP-faced plywood of LG-SF-65 provides excellent waterproof performance and smooth finishing.

The system can form straight walls, L-shapes, and T-shapes, making it suitable for hotel pools, sports centers, and water recreation facilities. The PP surface is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
