With a thickness of 75mm and a size range of up to 1200*600mm, the product is both strong and flexible. The formwork is designed to handle up to 80 uses, making it an affordable option for long-term construction projects. It is ideal for hotel, wall, column and core tube structural applications. The formwork's custom surface treatment ensures it can adapt to a variety of project needs. LiangGong's modular plastic formwork is lightweight, with a unit weight of approximately 14 kg per square meter, making it easy to handle. It comes with certifications such as ISO and CE, ensuring top quality manufacturing standards. The product comes in standard packaging for safe transportation.

Product Feature

A. Easy Set Up: This model of formwork panels can be firmly locked by simply turn the special handles to 90 degree. The panels have rib on the back, which makes the system need not traditional wood blocks and nails. The panels have holes to fit tie rod, make sure the strength of the whole system.
B. Modularity: This model of formwork compsed by different size of panels, the main item is 120x60 panel, the size is 120x60cm,which used for the large area of walls and slabs. There are also small size of panels like 10x60cm,20x60cm,25x60cm etc. Due to the variety of panel size, the system can form almost all size walls 120x60 panel of multiple by 5cm.

C. Environment Friendly: The material of modular formwork is PC-ABS mixed with special glass fibers which enable panels to hold high pressures.
D. Fair-Faced Concrete: The concrete will not stick to plastic , thus the panels need no any release agent before using. The face can be cleaned simply by water. The surface of the concrete after pouring will be very smooth and reach FAIR-FACED CONCRETE level.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing	1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
	2. Different packages are used for different products:  ---Bundles:Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.  ---Pallet:Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.  ---Wooden cases:It is available on customer's request.  ---Bulk:Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery	1.Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
	2.Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
	3.Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
