Steel Frame Formwork

Steel Frame Formwork consists of steel fame, plywood, column couplers, work platform and push-pull props. After the system is assembled, a whole frame is formed, which has good stability and high bearing capacity. Several independent systems, such as wall formwork, column formwork and support system, are integrated organically, which means all the formwork is assembled in one time, and so is concrete pouring.

Alighment couplers are utilized for panel connection, providing a versatile adjustment range of 0-150 mm. For columns, the column coupler seamlessly integrates corners, ensuring a strong and secure connection.

Easy Transportability
The formwork is designed for seamless thransport, facilitating horizontal maneuverability via a set of wheels and effortless vertical lifting with lifting equipment once securely packaged in its entirety.

 

Packaging & Shipping

Packing	1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
	2. Different packages are used for different products: ---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. ---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. ---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. ---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery	1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
	2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
	3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
