The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Lay walers on the platform as per drawing. Mark the line, draw diagonal lines; ensure rectangle's diagonals are equal.

Timber beam assembling

Place a beam at each waler end per drawing. Mark, draw diagonals; ensure rectangle's diagonals are equal. Secure with clamps. Connect beams' ends with a benchmark line; align others parallel. Fix beams with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install hooks per drawing. Use clamps on both beam sides where the hook is, ensuring tightness.

Laying panel

Cut panel per drawing; connect with beam using self-tapping screws.
