Alumiunm Platform
LIANGGONG aluminum formwork system is used globally for forming cast-in-place complete reinforced concrete structures to high quality standards and to achieve rapid construction cycles. Using our aluminum formwork system, all building components can be cast in a single operation: Wall • Column • Slab • Beam • Staircase • Balcony Door and window openings are also incorporated.

Shaft beam platform consists of platform board,timber beam,beam clamp,shaft beam and anchor.
The structure drawing is as follows:
In the drawing,L is the length of timber beam and W is adjustable.Shaft beams are in a few specifications,ranging from 1.45m to 5.8m,being adpated to widths of different shafts,and selected as per need.
Shaft beam platform lifting
The platform and formwork must be hoisted separately.First,lift the formwork,and then the platform.When the platform is in place,the claw of the shaft beam must be fixed tightly on the tensile bolt.
Used together with the climbing formwork
The Shaft beam platform should be used with other formwork system in construction process.The picture on the below is the diagram of collaboration of shaft beam platform and cantilever formwork CB-240.
