The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Lay walers on the platform as shown in the drawing. Mark lines and draw diagonals. Ensure diagonals of the rectangle formed by any two walers are equal.

Timber beam assembling

Lay timber beams at waler ends as per drawing. Mark lines and draw diagonals. Ensure diagonals of the rectangle formed by two beams are equal. Fix with flange clamps. Connect beam ends with a thin benchmark line. Lay other beams parallel to edge beams, fixing with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install lifting hooks per drawing. Use clamps on both sides where hooks are located and ensure they are fastened.

Laying panel

Cut panel as per drawing and connect with timber beam using self-tapping screws.
