The Lianggong H20 Timber Beam Formwork System is a reliable solution for wall and slab concrete construction. The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Lay walers on the platform at the distance shown in the drawing. Mark the positioning line on the walers and draw the diagonal lines. Ensure the rectangle formed by any two walers has equal diagonals.

Timber beam assembling

Lay a timber beam at both ends of the waler as per the drawing. Mark the positioning line and draw the diagonal lines. Ensure the rectangle formed by two timber beams has equal diagonals. Fix with flange clamps. Connect the ends of the two beams with a benchmark line. Lay other beams according to this line, ensuring parallelism. Secure each beam with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install lifting hooks as per the drawing. Use clamps on both sides of the timber beam where the hook is located and ensure they are fastened.

Laying panel

Cut the panel as per the drawing and connect it to the timber beam with self-tapping screws.
