H20 Timber Beam Formwork

The H20 timber beam formwork system includes plywood, H20 timber beams, steel walings, flange clamps, and lifting hooks.
Plywood and timber beams integrate using self-tapping screws. Steel walers and timber beams
connect via flange clamps. Two hooks are symmetrically arranged on either side of the timber beam.
Timber beams are site-assembled with standardized accessories for easy disassembly and
reassembly.
Lightweight and easy to transport, the formwork panel is a smooth plywood, ideal for water and air transmission.
The untarnished concrete surface maintains high quality and turnover rates. Widely used in walls,
columns, piers, and dams.

Designed for square or rectangular concrete columns, this modular formwork system mirrors the wall formwork in structure and connectivity.

Adjustable column formwork

This formwork adjusts to cast square or rectangular columns by altering the relative position of walers, accommodating specific size ranges.

1. Standard specifications

Available in three waler specifications, it casts columns with sides from 200–1400mm. Column sizes:
