Tunnel Form System 

Tunnel form system is a system of steel formworks which avails simultaneous casting of concrete walls and slab of a building. The formwork surfaces that face the concrete are sheet-iron and provides a smooth surface concrete. Additional plasterind is not required. Tunnel formwork system is a system which provides; approximately 500 castings depending on utilisation conditions, cost effi ciency, maximized labor safety by use of scaffolding systems and casting of concrete every single day.
Tunnel form system is used in the production of buildings like housing, jail houses, and student hostels which have monolitic structure. Depending on the size of the structure, tunnel formwork system provides casting of a fl oor in 2 days or in a single day. The buildings which produced by tunnel formwork system are cost efficient, resistant to earthquake, have minimal level of production fl aws and have reduced fi ne-structure labor costs. Tunnel formwork system is preferred for buildings aswell.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging:

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 
Delivery: 
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port. 
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
