The assembly process

Positioning of walers

Lay walers on the platform as shown. Mark lines and draw diagonals. Ensure rectangle diagonals equal each other.

Timber beam assembling

Position a timber beam at both waler ends as per drawing. Mark lines and draw diagonals. Ensure rectangle diagonals equal each other. Fix with flange clamps. Connect timber beams with a benchmark line. Lay parallel beams and secure each with clamps.

Installing lifting hook on timber beam

Install hooks per drawing. Use clamps on both sides of the beam where the hook is, ensuring they are fastened.

Laying panel

Cut the panel per drawing and attach to the timber beam with self-tapping screws.
