Hydraulic Tunnel Lining Trolley

Designed and developed by our own company,hydraulic tunnel lining trolley is an ideal system for formwork lining of railway ang highway tunnels.Driven by electrical motors,it is able to move and walk by itself,with hydraulic cylinder and screw jack being used to position and retrieve the formwork.The trolley has many advantages in operation,such as low cost,reliable structure,convenient operation,fast lining speed and good tunnel surface.

Characteristics
 Steel concrete formworkis made of Q235 steel plate for concrete slab,beams,wall and column.
The surface of formwork is very hard and very smooth. The surface wear resistance is excellent.
Due to the surface is very smooth and water repellent, it is very easy to remove the formwork from cured
concrete surface. The demoulding agent can be saved and a lot of labour works to remove the shuttering panel
can be saved. The concrete surface is very nice and unnecessary to repair the concrete surface with mortar.

Steel concrete formwork is most multi-functional formwork system due to the following reasons:

3.Steel comcrete formworks can be erected by unskilled labour in a very short time.
4.Made from 3mm steel plate, steel concrete formworks can be reused for more than 10 times with low damage.
