Skydeck Slab Formwork
Lianggong Skydeck Slab Formwork is one of the most efficient and labour-saving panel slab formworks. With highly light aluminium frame panels, safe handy and high loading capacity aluminium props, easy to learn assembly sequence and slab forming can be implemented rapidly in residential and industrial construction projects with thicker slabs.
- Props with Built-in taps and safe stopping device makes safe and fast operation.
- For slab thickness up to 100cm with 150cm main beam, and up to 40cm with 225cm main beam.
- Flexible solution with specially designed accessories for infill area around columns or edge of slab near walls.
- 750/500/375mm width by 1500/750mm length aluminium panels lined with Form birch,the biggest size panel 750*1500mm only weights 16.2kg.

Aluminium Props range from 800mm to 625mm and have a maximum workload of up to 90kN.
- Lightweight aluminium panels and props make it a handset slab formwork.
- Powder-coated frame, beams and props outer tube thus effortless and fast cleaning.
- Table transforming is available by connecting props, beams and panels together with truss bracing.
- Early stripping heads reduce on-site material requirements and result in quick deployment of panels.
- High load capacity Aluminum prop means lower density slab props required,around 0.3 pieces Per m² only.
Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.

A: Generally it is 5-15 days if the goods are in stock or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock.It is according to quantity.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD,100% in advance.Payment>=1000USD,30% T/T in advance,balance before shippment.
