Shaft Beam Platform

Engineered for high-rise construction, the shaft platform supports concrete casting in shafts like elevators and stairwells, with the wall-through tie rod handling lateral pressure. It combines simplicity, speed, and cost-efficiency.

The shaft beam platform consists of a platform board, timber beam, beam clamp, shaft beam, and anchor.

In the diagram, L denotes the timber beam's length, with W being adjustable. Shaft beams come in various specs, from 1.45m to 5.8m, accommodating different shaft widths as needed.

Hoist the formwork and platform separately. First, lift the formwork, then the platform. Ensure the shaft beam's claw is secured on the tensile bolt once in position.

Used together with the climbing formwork
The shaft beam platform collaborates with other formwork systems in construction. Below is a diagram of its integration with cantilever formwork CB-240.

1. Typically, a fully loaded container's net weight ranges between 22 and 25 tons; confirmation is required before loading.
