H20 Timber Beam
At present,we have large-scale woodwork shop and first-class wood beam production line, with daily output of 3000m (unsaturated) of wooden beams.
Standard holes can be punched on both ends of the wood beam. During construction, the wooden beam can be lengthed as per need. we can also customize wooden beams into any length for your need.
The wooden beams is an important part of the wooden formwork system and is widely used in engineering.

Standardized production lines.
Supply capability: 3000m/day, Lmax=6600mm.
Finger jointing of the flange and web,the strength of timber beam is highly improved.
Max. shearing force failure load:40KN
Well treated to prevent from water penetration or erosion, so the service life maximally extended.
Normally, FWK LIANG GONG timber beam H20 can be used for 4 to 5 years, the exact using time would depend on maintenance & storage.
Robust caps at the end of the girders protect against damages.
Packing & Delivery
Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
