LVL Board

Specification
1) The veneer of laminated veneer must pay attention to the front and back, and it must be back-to-back and face-to-face when paving, otherwise the deformation problem of laminated veneer cannot be solved;
2) The strength of the veneer should be properly sorted, with high strength When the veneer is paved, it is placed on the surface layer, and the weaker veneer is placed on the core layer. Only in this way can the overall performance of the veneer laminate be guaranteed;
3) The veneer laminate is paved along the grain, and the veneer runs along the longitudinal direction.
4) The joints of veneer miter joints should be staggered according to certain interval requirements in turn, which is not the requirement of appearance quality, but the requirement of uniform strength.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading. 
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---Bundles:Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc. 
---Pallet:Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets. 
---Wooden cases:It is available on customer's request. 
---Bulk:Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container. 

Delivery: 
1.Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment. 
2.Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
